Both
of
us
have
a
background
as
Interior
Designers
and
in
Architectural
Sales
.
Prior
to
starting
Novateur,
Emily
worked
at
Perkins
+
Will
and
Stanley
Beaman
and
Sears
as
a
Interior
Designer
and
Lisa
was
the
Commercial
Sales
Manager
for
Carapace,
a
DuPont
Surfaces
Distributor
.
Emily
and
Lisa
met
while
working
together
at
Carapace
and
made
the
decision
to
form
Novateur
Design
Solutions
.
We
saw
that
there
was
a
lack
of
product
offerings
in
the
market
that
were
both
innovative
and
sustainable
and
marketed
under
one
umbrella;
an
umbrella
which
could
fulfill
the
ease
of
a
one
source
design
offering
.
Thus
Novateur
Design
Solutions
came
to
life
....
Novateur
is
French
for
Innovation
and
after
you

our
product
offerings,
we
think
you
will
defiantly

unique
and
inspiring

We
are
pleased

Our
goal

a

community

involvement

representing

counties

Central

Zina
joins
us
with
years
of
experience
in
the
Industry
.
She
has
worked
as
a
sales
representative
in
the
territories
of
Atlanta,
Nashville,
and
Memphis
;
You
might
remember
her
as
your
Constantine
Carpet
Representative
.
Zina
is
also
very
active
in
the
community,
she
has
previously
served
as
the
IIDA
-
TN
/
VP
of
Revenue
Development,
and
prior
to
that
as
the
Programs
Committee
Chair
at
ASID
-
GA
.
